Challenge

Business and accounting flows were fragmented across departments, with no materials that captured the whole picture — leaving no solid basis for improvement or system decisions.

Approach

What We Did

Interviewed 20 people across 5 departments and mapped the company-wide accounting flow into diagrams. Handled everything end-to-end: issue analysis, improvement proposals, system implementation, and on-site briefings (2 sessions of 20 people, 3 sessions of 80).

After

Outcome

The company-wide workflow became visible and shared across departments, and system implementation was completed — building momentum to carry improvements into execution together with the field.
